Help with Actorly

Report a bug from the app

Tap your picture in the top corner, then Report a bug under Help & feedback. It opens your email app with the app's version and your Android version already filled in. Add what you tapped, what you expected and what happened, and a screenshot if you can.

Sign-in doesn't finish

Sign-in happens on Apify's own page inside the app, so it needs a working connection to Apify. Google and GitHub sign-in continue on that same page. If it keeps failing, clear the app's storage (Android Settings, Apps, Actorly, Storage, Clear storage) and sign in again.

Earnings differ from Apify Console

Actorly shows what Apify reports. The running month is counted up to today, and Apify settles it in the payout invoice it issues after the month closes, around the 6th of the next month. If the two still disagree after that, Apify's figure is the official one; please tell us, because it is a bug.

The widget isn't updating

The widget refreshes about every half hour when your phone is online, and Android can hold that back to save battery. Opening the app refreshes it straight away.
