The app

Actorly is a free, unofficial Android client for Apify, made by Anshuman Atrey. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Apify. Apify is a trademark of its owner, and the name appears here only to say what the app works with.

Your Apify account

You need your own Apify account. Your use of Apify, including through Actorly, is governed by Apify's terms. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your phone secure.

Runs cost money

When you start an actor from Actorly, Apify runs it on your account and bills it to you, exactly as if you had started it in Apify Console. Check an actor's pricing before you run it. Actorly charges nothing and receives none of what you pay Apify.

The figures in the app

Actorly reads your earnings, usage and runs from Apify and shows them as Apify reports them. Apify Console and Apify's invoices are the official record: if they differ from the app, they are right. Figures can be late or incomplete when Apify is slow or changes its systems, so don't base financial or tax decisions on the app alone.

Use it lawfully

Use Actorly, and the actors you run with it, only for lawful purposes. Follow Apify's terms and the terms of the websites and services your actors reach. You are responsible for the data your runs collect and for how you use it, including under privacy and data protection laws.

No warranty

Actorly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may have bugs, and it can stop working if Apify changes its systems.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data, that come from using Actorly. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. When the terms change, this page and the date at the top change with them. You can stop using Actorly at any time by uninstalling it, and we may stop offering it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, where the developer is based.
